My partner and went here on a Friday and Sunday night. On Friday they have a free bottle of wine (conditions do apply) with every 2 meals. We had beautiful meals (lamb shank and roast pork both were very well cooked) there was also a live entertainer. Sunday night we had curried prawns and roast pork again very nice meals. Sadly no free wine or entertainer but a nice quiet night. For both of us, the next time we are in the area we will definitely return for another great meal.

Great place for lunch excellent, great atmosphere. Plenty of things to do like Keno, poker machines, entertainment. Plenty of choices for lunch or dinner meals. Plenty of free parking available next to venue. Become a member and receive discounts on meals and if it’s your birthday free vouchers. Membership is for 12 months then renew. We saved heaps on the meals and we go at least twice a year. A must place to visit while in Hervey Bay,Pialba area

This RSL offers both a cafe and bistro area. There is an excellent range of beers on tap or spirits if you prefer. Meals are reasonably priced with good quantity on the plate. My wife and I often go to Poppy's Cafe for a goid coffee and delicious pizza. Well worth a visit.

My husband and I were visiting Hervey Bay during the Christmas holidays and we had the best ever Roast lunches. I had the Pork Roast and my husband the Beef Roast. We will be visiting this RSL for lunch again.

The last 2 visits (fortnightly) we have been blown away with the curries, kormas etc. The Asian food has been so authentic we thought we were back in Asia. Leaving yesterday met a staff member in lift whom let us know they have an Asian chef!!! We blow me down that explains the amazing food. Thank you - we can't wait for our next visit

The place is well maintained and has great food and weekly specials. We went for the 2 for 1 on Thursday which was great value. On a regular day, I personally do find their prices rather high for a RSL. Even if you are a member, they apply a discount but I still find it rather high. The service was excellent and friendly.

We came here to display at a tradeshow run by the Capricorn Society. Great venue this. Massive car park just outside. Easily wheeled out trolley through to set up. Were greeted on arrival by staff and shown where to set up. The RSL is currently undergoing some updates with the bar area but this didn't affect the night. Staff bought drinks and food around. Staff were friendly and attentive to not only the members coming through but us that were displaying. Lighting and sound was great in the area we utilised. I would highly recommend holding an event here just from the staffs attitudes alone. Thanks for a great enjoyable evening.

Even if they're busy and booked out, they'll get your roast and steak bang on! Perfect for families, very decent pricing for members. Well worth becoming a member. Live entertainment that's not too intrusive on the ears.

Great venue. It was busy but the food still came out quickly. It was a Monday night and there was a 3 course special on. Amazing value for money. A generous size garlic bread.The roast was huge and delicious. The gelato was very tasty. The staff were awesome and were doing really well for such a busy place. Highly recommended you check it out. Keep an eye out for the daily specials.
